After you submit the form, our events coordinator will reach out to chat with you about any extra details and answer any questions you might have. On the day of the event, our team will arrive 40 minutes to an hour early to meet with you and determine the best setup location. Once everything is ready, our fantastic team will assist your guests throughout the hat-creating experience.
