Job Description
Title: Inventory & Operations Coordinator
Location: 914 N Sylvania Ave Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility) 40 hours a week
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented person to manage our inventory and support day-to-day operations. This role is essential to keeping our business running smoothly by ensuring inventory is accurate, organized, and ready for upcoming events.
This is a hands-on role that includes inventory management, event preparation, coordination with our internal team, light event help.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Receive and check in shipments (Monday–Friday required)
- Track and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient inventory system
- Perform routine inventory audits and report discrepancies
Event Preparation
- Pull and prep inventory for upcoming events
- Pack and organize materials for event use
- Ensure all items are accounted for before and after events
Operations Support
- Communicate inventory needs with Event and Operations Manager
- Assist with ordering inventory from vendors as needed
- Help maintain organization across storage and workspace areas
Additional Support
- Assist with events occasionally when needed
- Support general business operations during slower periods (organization, system improvements, etc.)
Qualifications
- Previous inventory, warehouse, retail, or operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift and move items
- Reliable and consistent (especially for weekday shipments)
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, tracking systems, etc.)
